Heat/Cool Pad for Thighs, 30x19 cm

Heat/Cool pad for the thigh in the size 30 x 19 cm. The gel pad comes equipped with 2 elastic velcro straps for secure attachment of the gel pad.

For heat therapy, place the pad in warm water (max 80 degrees) for 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, the pad can also be heated in a microwave (max 800 W) for 30-60 seconds. For cold therapy, place the pad in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Wrap in a towel or similar before use.
