The handles are made of anti-slip rubber and come with adjustable straps, ensuring a firm grip while hiking.

How to Adjust the Height

With the handy FlickLock ® system, the trekking poles can be adjusted in height quickly and easily. Flip up the small handle on the lock to adjust the pole to the desired length. Lock the length by flipping the handle back down.

Height is adjusted using a telescope function, where the pole can be retracted and extended (similar to a telescope).
